Read the document—not just the “COA available” label.

A procurement framework for matching identity, lot, method, result and issuer without turning a seller-hosted document into claims it does not establish.

1. Match the material

  • Exact product identity
  • Quantity or concentration
  • Formulation or format
  • Lot or batch identifier
  • Expected shipment

2. Read the test

  • Method named
  • Reported result and units
  • Document date
  • Testing source or issuer
  • Limitations and missing fields

3. Separate claims

A document about one lot does not automatically establish every current lot, sterility, GMP status, clinical suitability, safety, efficacy or regulatory approval.

4. Preserve the record

Save the source URL, capture date, exact SKU, lot match, reviewer, unresolved questions and final institutional approval.
